I was very happy with the care that I received at the Duchy Hospital, although there are two aspects upon which I would make a comment:- Car parking - From my last visit I am aware that action has now been taken to address the lack of available spaces, and hope these measures are successful. Prior to this there was a real shortage of available spaces much of which, I understand, was due to parking by people not attending the hospital. Reception - the reception desk is immediately beside the main doors, and the area is quite restricted. When busy, and others are waiting for transport etc. it can become quite congested. Sadly, constraints in the amount of available space probably mean that no short-term solution could be easily implemented.
