The staf are lovely, caring and compassionate. I was treated with respect and dignity. HCA Lorraine especially is an asset to this ward! Other areas of the hospital could learn so much from the others of this ward.

Excellent service.
Every member of staff was so friendly nothing was too much trouble.
Suggested improvements
The ward was brilliant I got moved to Laurel at 20:30 pm from B3.
I asked to speak to bed managers but they refused to speak to me which I found very disespectful!

I feel everyone has been great allowed my eldest to pop things in at 10 pm with no issue feel comfortable good team.
