There were some midwives that didn't care that the induction wasn't working but kept pushing it even when I was crying.

Listen to patients more instead of going by text book. Everyone is different and doesn't always fit within the text book box. People know themselves better rather than being told how they should be feeling and what they should be doing.

From start to finish the team were amazing. This was my first baby and could not have asked for better support from jo seeing me throughout my pregnancy to Rebecca and another midwife helping me through labour.

All staff are good. But specifically, Jennifer Boyd at the radioactive perfusion scan was exceptionally kind, helpful, professional and friendly, she knew about phobia of tight places, offered to stay with me and comfort me on both visits and kept chatting with me about nice interesting things which made visit a walk in the park. She didn’t have to do that but I was very glad she did. She is lovely indeed and made me look forward to being ill
