I had to leave as i felt so ill and i was in so much pain. I vomitted my pain relief as soon as i left triage. I had to sit back in the waiting area as there were no beds available. I couldn't physically sit in the waiting area due to how ill i felt.

Monitored after taking oral pain medication as i had told them i was vomiting. A little more compassion as i cried all the way through triage. I was alone in the department and felt very isolated. This is the first time i have needed to use the department in over 25 years and felt very let down.

The care and attention was excellent.

Have more doctors available. Had to wait 4 hours for a doctor.

I understand that everyone was busy but when you are well you expect to be treated with a little dignity .

After sitting in an and e for nearly 9 hours with very little updates and would have liked some water at lest after 5 hours sat waiting . I would have liked some compassion and dignity I particular didn’t like walking through the main department with a urine sample I also didn’t like while sat over 5 hours in the main area in front of everyone discussing my condition and having ins done and blood pressure . That is personal and sensitive information I would have thought I deserved some privacy and been moved from the main area . I have been before and was moved to the SDEC ward but this time my whole treatment was from the main waiting room .

During my time all nurses and staff where very kind and welcoming. Any problems they sorted out to the best of their abilities. They always checked up on me to make sure I was okay. Overall they made my time more enjoyable.

Better ventilation of the room, as it got quite hit during the day.

All of the staff were very polite and approachable from the moment I arrived. It made my experience an excellent one. All the staff work extramly hard as a team The department was extramly clean.

It's tough working in the NHS I would personally say that nothing could have been done better

Looked after very well didn't enjoy paying £60 to get home though

Got me free transport.

The receptionist/nurse was rude and patronising when I was checking in. She made me feel like I wasting her time! All the other medical staff were extremely friendly and couldn't do enough to help me and look after me.

Quick service, kept informed nearly all the time, checked over and kept over night by the Holly ward team where had excellent care and attention by all staff members. Thank you and keep up the great work!!
