I found the whole experience very pleasurable. You are never too old for something new. Treatment care, attitude of all staff - excellent. Made to feel 'At home' like an all inclusive holiday, good meals, nothing too much trouble.

Exceptional care in C6 and B2 wards, the nurses were magnificient care and service in A+E was appalling. Specifically the doctors in the medicaldepartment.Took 0 hours to be seen and then they did not prescribe the medication they told me I was going to have instead wrote it on a plain niece of paper therefore the nurses could not prescribe me anything.
Suggested improvements
It was not until I was admitted ont a ward, that I received the proper care. My notes kept going missing and orginially. My notes were on printed out as discharge papers.

Ward staff were kind.
-They responded quickly most of the time.
- I really did appreciate everyone. :)
Suggested improvements
Pain management between 4 pm - 10 pm on the Tuesday was not great, to be told in a minute for hours was quite distressing.

Staf are all caring and attentive.
Suggested improvements
Not really a complaint because it cannot be helped! Suppose but sometimes the night staff can be very loud when patients are trying to sleep.
