Every single member of staff we came into contact with were professional but also kind and compassionate. I always felt listened to and that people gave me their time to make sure I understood everything that was happening and that I was exceptionally well cared for.

Excellent care. Lovely staff.

The doctor in A and E told me to arrange another blood test with my GP. I phoned the GP today but they won't do one as it is not included on the report that was sent to them.
This is not a criticism of the doctor I saw who was lovely but rather a suggestion that blood test followups be included on the report sent to GPs.

I was in A & E for five hours and during that time saw how hard the staff worked. They were pleasant even though the place was busy.
