Quick assessment, treatment and discharge was only there maximum 2.5 hours which was very efficient given how stretched the nhs is right now.
Suggested improvements
The only thing I wasn't happy with was that I was in an awful lot of pain due to my injury, when I asked for some pain relief I was advised it would take too long before my xray but I could get pain relief when I was back. When getting back I was discharged with a boot to help support my injury and no advice on pain relief as paracetamol and ibuprofen weren't making a difference.

I rang 111 prior to attending as I knew the issue was weeping cellulitis due to insect bites and it didn’t warrant (in my eyes) a trip to accident and emergency. 111 “made an appointment” for me to attend the urgent treatment centre. Upon arrival, I was advised that they couldn’t see me and I would need to present at A and E.
I was triaged quickly, seen by the Dr and given treatment quickly and was out in just over an hour. All staff were lovely and professional.

Everything was good. Waiting times are always frustrating but that’s life
