I feel whilst my wait was excessive which is fully understandable, the car I received was excellent and the work put into not only my care but everyone’s is excellent.

Shorter waiting times but I fully understand why they are lengthy

The staff were exceptionally caring and kind with a wonderful warm manner. Everything was explained to me at a good pace. I felt I was treated as an individual and not just another patient.

After waiting nearly 2hours to be triaged the another hour or so to see Dr. He was polite and courteous and explained results in a manner that reassured me all was well apart from the acid reflux playing up

Because all staff always gave me time regarding any thoughts I had.

For the cleaning staff the NHS should provide more toilet rolls and paper towels instead of them having to wait for their orders.
