I was seen quickly and triaged efficiently.
Suggested improvements
The check in desk is too close to the seating area. Seated patients can hear most of what is being discussed by people arriving at the windows.

Triage were very friendly and reassuring, put me at ease and explained everything they was doing

I think have displays up showing times like they do in Derby. Sometimes people would walk in, see it says 4 hours and then say, actually I can see a doctor tomorrow
