Very kind and considerate explained the xray to me in detail . Unfortunately I have broken my foot the lady was very good and nice whilst bandaging doing this at after midnight. The man at the xray dept could be more cheerful though . However all in all excellent work.

Explain how to use crutches. I've googled it az I was doing it wrong and nearly fell . They just gave me the crutches altered the height and sent me on my way . Apart from that very good

I was very happy with the overall care I received at DOWH. Very busy department, the staff involved in my care treated me with dignity and respect. Thank you

Laura the nurse was very kind and kept us informed at all times

The only thing would be timing we were there 6 hours.

The staff were very helpful and friendly explained everything at every stage of the process

More staff on the triage team just to help out with minor injuries would help make the waiting time shorter.

Saw two doctors on ward B2, first older one extremely brusque and lacked bedside manner. Did not listen. Second doctor exact opposite and extremely approachable. Transferred to c1 and the consultant I saw was brilliant, he listened, was attentive, easy to talk to me everything you wanted in a doctor. You could tell the staff and patients liked him

Cleaning staff on B2:did a great job but unfortunately the building let's them down. Its showing its age and the staff cannot repair that

Because of the level of my treatment

The big problem of course is the length of time waiting especially when feeling very unwell.I would not say it was a pleasant experience I was given some medicine to relieve my pain for which I was very thankful

Clean,caring fantastic staff,was kept informed of everything happening with my treatment, cubicles where I was treated was very clean and private with plenty of space, also a very fair way of prioritising peoples needs

Nothing can be done better apart from more security for reception and staff

Good service but the one who attended to me was unfriendly by which I mean I was dealt with. Instructions mumbled and very badly written

Instructions clearer and also written clearly on the label. I know they are busy but so am I but I have to helpful at work

We were surprised at how quickly and efficiently I was seen, tested and subsequently discharged

We were dropped off at the main door of the hospital not realising A and E had a whole new unit and consequently had a long walk through the car park to find it whilst feeling very unwell. It was very well signed though.

The hospital was clean and tidy even though fairly busy,the staff pleasant and professional Excellent service many thanks
