Happy the way my son was treated on B4 and theatre reception.
Suggested improvements
Doctor explained procedure to patient. Patient has down syndrome would have been better experience if he had been spoken to more slowly and clearer in detail.

Every one was very caring and respectful and always explained what they were doing and why.

The only thing is toilet all marked not feeling it even clean.
