I went for personal reason and everyone from the front desk until went home was pleasant and respectful I couldn't of ask for anything more
Myself and my son who is only 15 were spoken to very abruptly by one of the nurses at reception. She was incredibly rude.
My sons care once he was sent to the fracture clinic was fantastic. They were patient and understanding and took their time with him.
Some of staff on the reception desk where very abrupt and allthough I was in a lot of pain I should not have been there.
I brought a physically and learning disabled child in with a very swollen sore eye. We waited3 hours to see a Dr, in which time, a drunken man removed his top half clothes, swearing and very loud was annoying everyone in the waiting area.
Not a nurses fault but not nice for youngsters to hear and watch.
Very professional felt that they where all there for me making the best decisions for my initial tests and recovery
Excellent treatment
Everyone very good at their jobs
So nervous, but everyone so kind
Everybody treated me with the utmost respect and care from the time I arrived in A and E to the time I was wheeled to the main door to be collected by a friend. I was looked after by every member of staff I came into contact with.
From the First Responder, Paramedics, A&E department staff who I had any dealings with, the doctor plus the porter and radiologists I cannot praise them highly enough.
A busy department but I came across nothing but kindness and good humour.
