Lisa, Laura and Gail are all excellent and have made me feel less anxious with what is going on. They are an asset to this team.
Suggested improvements
There needs to be more communication between doctors/consultants and nurses as I have been told different things from doctors and poor nurses are always chasing them for outcomes. Not fair when they are busy!
