The streaming Nurse Jo, Sister Hannah, Nurse Ricky and Laura and Dr Tommy we’re all fantastic. I have never been treat with such kindness and dignity in such a busy department. Nothing was too much for them and I felt so cared for, outstanding care from these angels

An under pressure system means waiting time and delays on treatment which is unavoidable however taking two weeks from injury to a further two weeks for treatment is difficult to accept

Have a clearly marked waiting zone for accident and emergency so people no how long they are going to wait and not let people que jump because they become loud and obnoxious as happened twice whilst I was waiting,

When finally seen, the medical personnel where excellent. Prior to that, I had waited over 2 hours for an ambulance and stood 4 hours in A&E.

Think they were to busy.

Didn't say how long I would wait for xray or ct scan on my head as had head injury. Never offered a drink or anyone to come and see if I was OK as unable to get myself put the chair and walk.
