Rubbish dumped in the waiting room from other patients (drinks bottles etc) only complaints and obviously not a complaint against staff just other users
My son came in after an injury on a trampoline and we was seen to very swiftly. I was unsure of how my autistic son would cope being in hospital and explained this to staff. They was understanding and empathetic and went out of their way to ensure my son had a calm and quiet place to wait to be seen. Everything was explained to him in a way he could understand. Every member if staff he see was patient with him from the reception staff, nurses, xray department and doctors. I am extremely happy with the care he received.
Wry quickly seen but then kept waiting for doctor to review….
I had been in an bad accident a fortnight before. Which involved a trip to Hull royal and scans l.
I went back to Grimsby as advised by my gp and the doctor at the hospital was rude, didn’t have time to listen to me and very dismissive
Wait was very reasonable. Staff were friendly. Mask refusers told to buck their ideas up! Good job, DPoW!
Although extremely busy and short staffed all members of the staff worked very hard to maintain excellent standards of healthcare including cleaning and catering.
Dept was very busy. Second area opened after 3 hours . Queue managed effectively and used to prioritise patients.
Reception was rude, not enough information about what was happening we arrived at 815pm and left at 1245am.i understand that it was very busy. But lack of information about care was very poor. I did not get a diagnosis just to return home. But the support boot on. Ice and elevation.
Very frustrating getting answers about my care
The reception staff, nurse and X-ray staff who treated my son were excellent the only complaint i have is the orthopaedic was quite abrupt.
