All the midwives I dealt with were so lovely before my c section and in recovery. They were so helpful and kind and I actually really enjoyed my experience and they felt like my friends! During this time with covid obviously I wasn’t able to have visitors to it really helped that they were so lovely

A very good experience, and I felt well looked after.

Maybe an update by staff on waiting times. Difficult, I would imagine with ambulances arriving as well as patients on foot, but it would help.

Should have been taken in by ambulance after being.in a road.trwffic accident.and I wase.t as I had been told I would have.to wait 7 and a hf.hours for.an balance. I arrive.at.about 4 and was in agony with my neck and back and dis not reciv4 any pain relief for about 3 hours even tho I was in tears and asking for pain relief

I feel my experience to a and e was ok the waiting time was quite high for a child with a rash! The area were you waited was filthy no one cleaning. The chairs was not wiped after people had gone and new people came, considering we are in the middle of a pandemic this is disgusting.

Cleaning the area after people have sat in the cubicles floors were dirty and so was the toilets

A&E staff very aggressive not only with patients but with each other; when you need the help of medical staff the last thing anyone in pain or discomfort should be subjected to is aggression.
Watched cleaner wipe under tv screen and one ledge in A&E; no cleaning of common areas or seating after patients had left?
Day ward staff faired better but overall lack of information and involvement with patients concerning.

Try to treat patients with dignity and try listening; try to be respectful to each other.
