The staff at Diana Princess of Wales hospital in Grimsby, are working extremely hard, but always treated me with the utmost kindness and respect. I was put at my ease and reassured after what was quite a frightening experience. I can’t praise them enough or thank them enough.

You could turn the heating off. It’s very hot all over the place.

Because for more than five and a half hours of the six I was there I was totally on my own in a 'pod'.

Initially, on finding a very long queue, I was unable to stand and wait. No chairs, or attention to the condition of those in the queue. My wife eventually gained attention of receptionist to acquire the use of a wheel chair to bring me from the car park 200 yards away. Having been told by 2 consultants to go to A&E if my condition deteriorated with excessive pain, the response was non existant, not even being offered pain killers, at any time during my 6 hour wait.

Because I was left stood in a corridor with a badly injured ankle after already having to hobble from the end of the road Reseptionist was blunt and rude - if she doesn't want her job she should leave Was seen quickly but with no advice apart from being told initially there was a small fracture - to then be told no it's just a sprain and to rest it - then it was bye bye - off ya trot even though I couldn't even walk - next time I won't bother Best thing about the whole visit was the porter and x-ray staff

Maybe have some one checking the queue for people who may need support Have a proper system for seeing folk as many that came in after me where seen first One man had been sat there two hrs before me but I still got seen before him - which causes problems in the waiting area

I was seen quick but I believe the nurses were wanting me gone quickly so they did the Bear minimums and I now have to go back to a and e to have my cut stitched which they didn't do.

Treated my cut the right way and stitched it.

Staff were really friendly and kind, especially to my little boy

Absolutely brilliant staff, so friendly and thorough with their care, so kind to my son too

It's a little tricky getting to xray and back because of the building works, but I know this is only temporary

Nurses are incredibly kind, they can't do enough for you.

Wish there was a TV in my bay.

Doctors seemed too busy to talk to you properly sometimes

Feel as though tables and bed side cabinets could be wiped down more often.
