Everybody who has taken care of me has done it with so much respect and kindness. I didn't get a bed until 22 hours later but understand it isn't staff fault.

I think anything that wasn't enjoyable was out of staffs hands.

Results communication delayed to an unacceptable degree. Apology received from surgical team. Some of my kit left behind in assessment ward. Not here yet.
