Please pre warn patients on admittance that they could be there for a very long time even after seeing the doctor/consultant eg Monday arrived 3:00 pm but 12:00 midnight waiting for meds and discharge letter!

B6 is an amazing team. Nothing is to much or them. They are kind, caring and work extremely well together they have attention for minor details as well. They make sure everybody get food and they will give a helping hand. I feel safe!
