The registered nursing staff were very good and compassionate, but some of the HCA's were blunt./nDoctors and nurses lovely.
Suggested improvements
HCA's - do not listen to requests and it takes forever to get something./nI asked for painkillers at 15.15 hours and I finally got them at 18.30 on 4/6/21. I found this unacceptable, I also asked for a fan which I did not get.
