all staff looked after our babies and some staff members went above and beyond for them other than what they had to do. some staff also supported me and my husband lots too

me and my husband found it frustrating when different nurses told me and my husband different things all the time as it can cause confusion. maybe all staff members to say the same things and communicate more.
