Because after 5 weeks in here I have met some very pleasant empathetic nurses, doctors, carers and domestic staff./nOne little niggle banie staff at night not too good.
Suggested improvements
Make sure on evenings back staff are with a member of staff that knows the patients and their meds and the night time routine because we have meal issues with bank staff at night.
