Service I have received from NHS - here, Hall, Castle Hill, my GP and after medicine centres has been consistantly timely, efficient and courteous. I listen to the news about NHS failing and an thoroughly { }!
Suggested improvements
I am used to dealing with my own drugs and did not appreciate constant changes in what I was to take and when it was to he taken without advance working or explanation. (There seems to be a s{ } of irrelevant paperwork!).
