long waiting time with no info, receptionist could inform ladies upon arrival of waiting time or delay which would be much better - staff members sat chatting to patients/friend for 30 mins in main waiting area - taken to wrong room, 2 staff unsure of reason for appointment

hygiene - hot - sweaty - toilet stinks and is dirty reception to inform patients when arrival re waiting time/delay so patients better informed to make decisions
