Checked in as soon as I arrived. A&E started to get quite busy, but I wasn’t waiting too long before seen by a doctor. He was very thorough and explained everything to me including the sheet explaining things not to do following head injury and any problems to look out for. He then took me to another area to await treatment and kept me informed that somebody would be with me shortly, which they were. Treatment was carried out promptly, wound on head glued and tetanus vaccine given. Thank you NHS
