ward - everything fine. theatre - staff lovely. consultant dealt with me incredibly professionally.

snack after surgery would have been good. info given at pre assessment would have been better. perhaps make the bays slightly smaller so every chair for a patient can be accomodated. i moved from chair to chair as curtains were drawn for other patients. it was no big deal for me but might be for people with additional needs.
