Excellent service and experience throughout all of my visits. The reception staff are pleasant and welcoming. They are helpful and accommodating and aim to please. The nursing staff are pleasant and make one feel comfortable and less apprehensive by their manner. The clinical staff are the same and must be congratulated for the thorough way they undertake the eye procedures and the thorough way they convey the explanation of the treatment. I have found the consultants to be so approachable and nothing is too much trouble.

My experience has been excellent throughout.
