(written by mum but dictated by the patient) I am only 7 but they talked to me more than mum. They always told me what was going to happen before they did it. The nurses and doctor was so friendly and kind. The room was calm. I liked the ceiling and pictures. The nurses gave me toast, yogurt and milk. Mum got coffee. I didn’t like the noises but the nurses told me what they all were so I wasn’t scared.

Suggested improvements
(written by mum but dictated by the patient) I find it hard to go to the toilet in a cardboard bowl. I think that chairs with toilet seats can be in the hospital. My great grandma has one and you can put a bowl in but still feel like you are on a normal toilet.
