The majority of staff are excellent and go able and beyond unfortunately the odd few others do not give me respect communication expected which l{ } the overall scores.

Very hot and miss with staff on the ward. As above, majorty excelent but others do not seem to wan to be { } care which lets me remained of team down midwfes/consultants/registrars excellent servce and we are very grateful for their help.
