Ambulance staff and support staff brilliant,after that qualified staff were non existent

Arrived a diana princess of Wales grimsby hospital at 5.15pm then waited till just before 6pm to go into A@E after bloods were taken then transferred to room 12 side room at approx 7.30pm from then on till 10.15pm no one came to see if I was OK ask if I needed a drink or anything to eat then at 10.15pm a nurse came in and asked me if I had been seen by anyone which I had not ,so I said I would go home they then said I would have to sign a discharge form ,I said my wife is outside waiting for me the lady in dark blue uniform said I could go and she would sort it out for me her final words were if you need us you know where we are,if this is A@e care god help us
