The waiting time was far too long. I was given a prescription for medication that I had said I had already tried and didn’t work. I was also given this on a hospital only prescription at 12.30am so even if it did work I wouldn’t have been able to get it anyway. I left after 7 hours (although pain free) from ? Medication as I wasn’t told what they gave me, no better off than when I got there. I was also unable to get a drink as the vending machines were all empty and ended up having to drink water out of the tap in the toilets!! Disgraceful!!

Suggested improvements
Been kept informed of the estimated waiting time and an estimate of when you would be seen. Informed me of what medication you had given me. Gave me some safety netting advice should my condition get worse through the night. Have bottled water at reception for times when the drinks machines are empty. 7 hours without a drink is not acceptable.
