The doctors and nurses were very good. However the receptionists were totally rude. No compassion and just rude. I could not walk, thought when the second receptionist had finished and the first one still busy, I moved along, with the help of my husband. Only to be ordered to get back behind the red sign. I moved back. But not to the red sign as I struggled to even get into the hospital. These two women need training to have compassion. Everyone else I came into contact with were absolutely spot on. I was in the hospital around 2.30. Absolute disgraceful behaviour, by the receptionists .

The hospital was let down by these two receptionist. However the lady who changed over from one of them was very pleasant, listening to her as we sat in the children’s area, as I could not walk. Different again
