Staff were really helpful, however we were in there for 8 hours, my father is 84 and was literally falling asleep. This wasn’t good for his mental health. Within 8 hours the waiting area was swept once at no time were any chairs or cubicles sanitised. I witnessed people throwing up in sick Bowles within the areas! I also was appalled by the language used in the security guards area at the side of the waiting room, the door was closed and you could hear them swearing, children could hear this appalling language!

See above, A nurse did come out to apologise to all that we’re waiting for the time it was taking to be seen and she did explain that they were really busy. It was a Saturday night and England had played. We felt really sorry for all of the staff as they seemed really stretched. Apart from the security guards that were swearing all staff were really professional and did their best under the really stressful situation they were all in.
