On day of arrival. Staff were, stressed and rushed. Not enough 10 cope night staff did not see then when did no empathy when asked for 4 blanket staff member threw it on bed.
Suggested improvements
Some staff are lovely and kind and so have empathy need more staff for inpatient more empathy and care, and not to feel like a nuisance.
