Very quick and caring.
All aspects of my care were dealt with thoroughly at all times with military precision, especially by the nurse from West Auckland lol!
Very thing was good staff friendly.
Great doctors and nurses.
The care was absolutely first class from beginning to end. The staff attended to my every need and were kind and compassionate throughout.
The care was first class and there is no need for any improvement on ward 31.
