The midwives were all lovely and really reassuring about what was happening. Also understanding and comforting. Phone manner could be more understanding. All in all a good experience at the hospital.

The care I have received on the ward has been fabulous one thing that could be changed is that if patients beds are not going to be ready for electives until pm, maybe don't bring them in till 10-11.
