My father aged 83 is the patient and I didn't accompany him to A and E. He is unable to take part in this survey.
From my experience ambulance arrived approx 15 mins after call. Staff were very pleasant and efficient. On arriving at hospital Dad was comfortable and with doctor. Doctor and other staff pleasant.
