My husband is a very sick man with lots of complex problems.
Everyone listened and built a bigger picture of his needs for the first time ever over the years.
Family felt they could go home confident that he would be taken care of and every separate issue with his illness treated accordingly.
We personally can't think of any improvements that needs to be addressed.
