The staff attention to detail and the care given. The staffing levels are sometimes rearing towards the low side so adequate staff is of utmost importance.

My care could have been improved in A and E and finding out what was wrong with me quicker, without telling me I had a fracture then didn't, this went on for 24 hrs.
