Nursing and auxiliary staff exceptionally good - make you feel welcome and cared for and take the time to talk socially as well as medically. Doctors also good but far less contact.

Not too fast in dealing with problem. Attending in a caring way. Willingness to listen about any concerns. Time taken with patient. Not talking too quickly. Some patients need time to understand and explaining things.
