The nurse and doctor actually seemed pathetic to the previous bad experience. Very professional, caring and took the time to explain what was happening throughout the day.

Medication and pain relief kind and offered and I was regularly checked up on overall.
I was very impressed.
More chairs in the waiting areas.

I was treated with respect throughout my visit. The staff were patient. I was checked on and offered a drink frequently.
