Good things about my care, only questions or queries were dealt with by ward staff very quickly and always with a smile and aknd word. I couldn't honestly pick on anything to improve.

Ward 32 and 31 were good and good with pain relief which is important to us.
The water could be colder, I think a cup of tea/coffee should be given before breakfast and one with breakfast.

I was once told the NHS was the 2nd biggest employer in the world (behind China's red army) and there will always be ways to improve but I understand budget limits. I don't feel competent to make an informed contribution to this 'debate'.

The people skills, the kindness, prompt when required.
Only one thing to improve on.
Please don't ask someone who is in a bariatric room if they want breakfast! (Happened birthdays).
