The nursing staff are good, but the receptionists in the audiology department in the Darlington Hospital are very aggressive towards you and very unhelpful. I gave them times, when my son was not at collage for appointments and they took no notice and I came to the department 6 times for an appointment and the receptionist said "you needn't come ti me with your little diary you will get what you are give!!" Quite frankly I'm disgusted I'm also disabled with Asthma too it was most upsetting.
