Note: The long-standing illness is ulcerative colitis, I figure that fits with my selection but I figured I would mention it just in case it doesn't. My last visit to the hospital was incredibly reassuring and I left feeling great about my future. Through the past few appointments I have found the doses of medication that work for my body and finally feel I can stop worrying about my illness and start making the kind of leaps I'm meant to be making at my age. The staff were very kind and incredibly helpful. I couldn't have asked for better.
