Waited too long. Confusing care; not enough staff, staff very very busy. Staff confused about reason for attending A+E; did not receive instructions from consultant. Was advised to attend A+E - not suitable - should have attended different department! Plaster cast removed - waited 3 hours to be seen! Should not have been left without cast on!! Staff too busy. Doing what they can but services poor.
