From ringin III, arriving in A and E, then going onto the ward, having an operation and recovering Lewis's care has been truly first class. This was a difficult period but the staff were friendly and helpful at all times and were very professional. I was kept well informed and felt listened to. All the nurses helped make the staff in hospital bearable and they were always approachable, even when very busy. The doctors too, were brilliant at every surgical team who are amazing under the most difficult circumstances. I'm truly proud of the and, not for the first time. I feel very lucky that we have it's difficult to single anyone out, as everyone was super but I know that Lewis would want me to mention Jenny, in particular who looked after him the most, by also Cheryl who helped him on the Saturday night when pain he had was at its worst. Thanks to Tracy too.
