As a friend of the patient. Due to unforeseen circumstances, i.e breakdown of equipment/staff illness unfortunately leading to delays with appointments, however I felt everyone was informed of the delays in an empathetic, dignified and professional manner. All staff were very reassuring. Excellent people. Skills- where caring, communication and common sense care the order of the days. Everyone can be nice when everything goes according to plan- what maketh the 'man' is how we handle situation when things go wrong, in life, so a big thank you to all of the staff, well done.
