Guy has been great. Exercise routine has worked. I am now symptom free/painkiller free. He is patient, listend well and is always pleasant.

Although fairly long period between referral and appt once started excellent support and care. Thorough examination, took time to explain and answer questions. Improvement of symptoms clearly seen at each stage of treatment.

Felt the ideas from the group were listened to e.g. lights down at the end of exercise relaxation. Asked each week if anything needed to be changed.
