There was a friendly atmosphere. Staff were great and friendly too as well as giving good instruction. It would be beneficial if the group introduced themselves at the first session so that we could know names and perhaps a background of what brought us to the course.

Altogether excellent. I feel a definite improvement in my right leg. I don't see how the classes could be improved. The physios are doing a very good job.

The six session course of treatment was really useful as it provided appropriate exercises for my back pain and gave me insight into why I was experiencing the pain. Our physiotherapist, Chetna, encouraged all of us to do our level best in teh exercises, often taking us a little out of our comfort zone.
