The understanding with staff and kindness all the staff are lovely.

Everybody has been wonderful.
No complaints at all.
No can't think of any improvements, everyone is so helpful and with do all they can, can't correct anything.

I can't fault the ward for anything the staff, cleanliness, food everything excellent would recommend ward to everyone. Everything fully explained to me.
None at all as far as I can see I wouldn't be happier or more comfortable.

Everybody is very caring, smiley, staff know my likes and disliked which is important to me.
It's a good place for getting well.
I'm not treated as a number.
